REFUND POLICY

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • No returns or exchanges for reasons of a change of mind.

  • Accepted only for defective or damaged items with valid proof.

  • Refunds are processed only if the customer provides a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package seal being opened.

  • Proof must be emailed within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • No refunds for used products, or delays caused by courier services.

  • No refunds or exchanges if the package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Eroskin Naturals will bear up to ₹80/- for shipping costs if the error is on their end, supported by valid proof.

  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address or contact details, 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.

  • The same return, refund, and exchange policies apply to gifted items.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we have outlined our return and refund policy below to provide clarity and peace of mind.
Eroskin Naturals/ Kuttuz Retail does not offer exchanges or refunds for orders due to a change of mind by the customer.
Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if the error is on our end and is supported by valid proof provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy:-

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
2.Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

3.Damaged Goods:
In case of damaged goods, refunds will only be processed if the customer provides a clear, unedited video proof showing the package being opened from the start (breaking the seal) to the end. The video must have:

  • No cuts

  • No filters

  • No editing

Without this proof, Eroskin Naturals or Kuttuz Retail will not be able to process a refund.

No claims will be entertained without valid proof as specified above.

  • Orders: Your requests to purchase goods from us.

  • You  Refers to the individual using our service or the legal entity on behalf of which they are accessing our service.

Note: No Refund and Exchange will be considered in case of size issues. 


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND REFUND:
1.Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • The video must begin from the start of unboxing, clearly showing the name, address sheet, and the bill of the order.

  • The video must be unfiltered, unedited, and contain no cuts.

  • Proof must be emailed to us at eroskinnaturals.official@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

2.Exchange for Damaged Products:

  • Exchanges will depend on the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable, customers can choose to either wait for it to restock or request a refund.

3.Return Requirements:

  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

4.Non-Refundable/Cancellable Scenarios:

  • No refund or cancellation will be initiated while the order is still in transit.

  • No refund or cancellation will be provided for delays in delivery, as courier services are beyond our control.

  • No refund or cancellation will be issued if the order is processed as usual.

5.Shipping Cost:

  • If the shipping cost must be borne by us due to an error on our end (supported by proof), the cost should not exceed ₹80/-.

6.Usage of Products:

  • No exchange or refund will be issued if the product has been used by the customer.

Incorrect/Incomplete Address:

  • If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Eroskin Naturals will not be held responsible, and no refund will be initiated.

Rejected Prepaid Orders:

  • If a prepaid order is rejected at the time of delivery, neither Kuttuz Retail nor Eroskin Naturals will provide a refund.

IMPORTANT: If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.
 
Note: If the customer fails to report within 24 hours after receiving the products no refund or exchange will be initiated.

RETURNING GOODS:-
If you need to return goods, please follow the steps below:
1.Customer Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the risk associated with returning the goods to us.

2.Return Address:

  • Ship the goods to the following address:

  • The detailed return address will be provided via email after the confirmation of the video proof submitted by you.

3.Recommended Shipping Method:

  • Use an insured and trackable mail service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned goods.

4.Shipping Costs:

  • Eroskin Naturals/ Kuttuz Retail will cover shipping costs up to ₹80/- if the error is on our end, provided the customer submits valid proof.
